Lost or Damaged Shipments

2. Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As per German law (§ 355 BGB), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
