  3. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

4. Products and Availability

We sell international children's books, children’s learning materials, and stationery.
Product images may vary slightly from the delivered items due to screen settings or print variations.

Pre-orders: If you place a pre-order, the expected delivery date will be indicated on the product page. Delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues; in such cases, we will inform you promptly.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • All prices shown include statutory VAT (if applicable).

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

  • We currently ship to Germany and EU countries.

  • The buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges (only applicable to non-EU customers; normally irrelevant for this shop).

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. The goods will be shipped after payment is received.

7. Delivery & Shipping Times

  • If you order multiple items with different delivery times (e.g., pre-orders), shipping may be combined unless otherwise agreed.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts concluded online.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used.

  • You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • The goods must be returned in their original condition. Signs of use that diminish the value may result in compensation claims.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

  • damages arising from injury to life, body, or health,

All books, learning materials, images, texts, and designs displayed on this website are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Little Line Press is not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

This clause is standard and recommended for small businesses.

14. Applicable Law

For all orders and contracts, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protections of their home country still apply.

15. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
